SIMPLE WAYS TO LIVE
モノが増えまくる。
情報が溢れまくる。
色んなものが多くなりすぎる。
多い＝豊かにはなっても、
それは＝幸せになっているとは言い切れない。
モノに溢れかえった部屋で大事なモノを無くしてしまった時、
見つけるのは難しい。
僕はもうすでに足りている。
足りているのにもっと欲しがってはいないか？
そもそも、足りている事に気づけているか。
理想は
「もっと少なく、もっと豊かに。」
物質的豊かは「多い」であるかも知れないが
心の豊かさはむしろ
今、有ることに気づき感謝し、
それを噛み締めるように大切にできるか。
その精神こそが「足るを知る」その先の心の豊かさだと。
じゃあまずは、多すぎるモノを片付けよう。
色々、壊していこう。
大事なのは、「引き算」
「もっと少なく、もっと豊かに。」
